Paper Submission and Instructions

The conference will check all papers for plagiarism before publication. If plagiarism is detected by the Scientific Committee, reviewers or staff at any stage of the publication process, during editing or proofreading, the author will be informed that he/she must rewrite the manuscript.

In any case, if the original manuscript submitted contains more than 10% plagiarism, the article will be rejected and the author will be informed.

The use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly prohibited.

There must be NO grammatical errors. Clarity of language is highly expected and the final manuscript will be reviewed by a language expert. Disputes of any kind may result in immediate rejection.

Figures and tables must NOT be copied from another document or from the Internet. This activity may result in immediate rejection. Figures must be in high resolution.

The content of the paper (unpublished work) must be original and relevant to one of the many topics of the conference.

Acceptance decisions will take into account the novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical and theoretical impact of the paper.

Each paper will be reviewed by three members of the selection committee.

Manuscripts must follow the following SPRINGER template (Min. 8 pages & Max. 9 pages), including figures, tables and references ( Word || LaTeX ).

All submissions must be in English.

The paper should include an abstract (150-200 words) and keywords (4-5).
-
All table and figure numbers must be included inside the manuscript.

All reference/citation numbers must be correctly cited in the manuscript.

Ensure that all references are cited inside the body of the paper.
-
Ensure that all FIGURES and TABLES are numbered in the correct order and cited in the body of the paper.

NO TABLES should be in picture format.

All mathematical equations must be prepared using the mathematical editor; NO equation images should be present.

Figures must be of good HD quality.

Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered.

All papers must be submitted via the ICASET'25 Microsoft CMT online submission website .

No changes can be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made before final submission.

Final Guidelines for Camera-Ready Paper Submission
Authors of all accepted papers must submit the final manuscript electronically. Please revise the paper in light of the reviewers' comments. Publication managers will review all final camera-ready documents before finalizing the proceedings.
Length: Camera-ready papers may be up to 9 pages, including figures, tables, and references ( Word || LaTeX ).
Final manuscripts should be submitted according to the following steps:

Revise your manuscript according to the reviewers' comments using the template provided.

The conference chairs will check all papers for plagiarism before publication. Please ensure that the similarity score for your paper is less than 10%. In case of plagiarism, the chairs may remove your paper from the final conference program.

After completing the above steps and making payment, please submit your registration using the Google form provided here: Registration Form.

The revised manuscript must also be uploaded to your Microsoft CMT account.
