To appear in the ICASET 2025 Proceedings, the author of an accepted paper must register for the conference. Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one author, unless the TPC Chairs approve a substitute (agreed upon prior to the event) who is qualified to both present and answer questions.
At least one of the authors named on the paper must register for ICASET 2025.
The conference will be designed and prepared as both an online and a face-to-face event.
